You and bird flu

Questions continue to pour in on the bird flu.

So today's blog is dedicated to answering some of them.

Here we go:

"Immune Boost kept me flu free for the past two years so I am a believer. But will it be effective against bird flu? Is the bird flu the worst-case scenario when it comes to flu? And is 2 capsules 2x a day sufficient?

Donna"

Donna, bird flu is the same as other flu in its infectivity. It has to infect cells to cause damage by replication. While no one has volunteered to test Immune Boost and Bird Flu (!!!) the mechanism should be more resistant to the flu than the drugs that are currently already showing signs of being ineffective in the human cases.

If you were to get sick I would increase to 2 capsules 3X a day.

Bird flu is especially bad because it causes such nasty reparatory disease, not unlike the flu epidemic of 1919, but probably not any worse. Here's hoping we don't need to find out but personally I am stocking up on Immune Boost for myself and my family...just in case! Doc

"Dear Dr. Dave,

There are two things that I want to ask you about. First, in reference to the immune system and one of the major causes of death in a pandemic situation is the endocrine storm, how will your immune boost help with that? Will it help or will it cause greater incidence of the endocrine storm? Second, as a doctor, are you stocking up on anti-virals such as
Tamiflu, just in case???

Ed L."

Ed, Immune Boost is a coating agent it binds to the flu receptors and prevents the flu from internalizing into the cell and thus interfering with replication. The endocrine collapse you are referring to goes by the name of Waterhouse Freidrich's syndrome and is most common in menigiococcemica but it happens in flu as well.

If the flu is kept extra cellular it cannot happen. Immune boost should handle that nicely.

As to question 2, the answer is 'no' as the bird flu is already showing resistance and I think those drugs will be of little value in a pandemic. Remember, if it goes pandemic it has already mutated! I am stocking up on Immune Boost for family and friends and I've gotten a ton of requests from my business associates.

You may be wondering if Immune Boost will encounter resistance from bird flu. Will it remain effective?

I have found that non natural laboratory derived substances are a lot more likely to encounter resistance than natural chemicals.

Plants have developed strategies to deal with diseases for billions of years. If you have ever seen berry plants up close you can see they are incredibly tough.

Many have thorns and other natural defenses. You can bet they have some "thorny" chemical defenses as well.

The other thing that contributes to resistance is over usage.

With Big Pharma dominance and the complicity of the government, it is unlikely that natural defenses like Immune Boost will see over usage, ever.

Stock up now while supplies are still good. Immune Boost

And remember the active ingredients in Immune Boost have been shown to be effective against regular flu as well.

So we've got ya covered!
